- Q: Can I update my order?
A: We can most time update devices. However as each set is a one piece set, we do not add new ribbons to them., a new set will be required. If you need to modify your order please use the Contact Us form for more information.
- Q: I put the wrong shipping address on my order, how do I correct this?
A: We can adjust this for free if your order has not been shipped. If the order is already shipped, there may be additional charges. Please use the Contact Us form if you need to adjust your shipping address on an order you placed. Be sure to include the updated address to expedite this process.
- Q: I have used a coupon code and the total does not look correct, is my total accurate?
A: Your total is correct, however it may be slightly off of the exacting calculations. To make up for this it will round up or down at a few different points while determining the discount. If you double check the calculations manually you will be able to verify this. An example would be $14.85 with a 10% discount, this would give you a total of $13.365, this would get rounded up to $13.37.
If you feel your total is not correct, please do not empty your shopping cart or start over. Leave the items in your shopping cart and use the Contact Us form and we will be able to check the results more in-depth with your shopping cart information unaltered. Please be sure to include either your First and Last name or email address associated with your account to help us expedite this process for you as quickly as possible.
- Q: I placed an order and registered an account, why can't I see my order in the Order History section of My Account?
A: Chances are you ordered and registered the account after the order was placed. It is rare that this happens but if you see your Order History lacking an order you placed, please use the Contact Us form and let us know. We will need to know your first and last name, or email associated with the account and the order number of the order you placed to fix this problem.
- Q: Where can I check on the status of my order?
A: You can review the status of your order by checking the Order History of your My Account page. If you have any further questions regarding your order, please use the Contact Us
